Today, REALICA® made its entrance into the operating room at Humanitas Gavazzeni and Castelli in Bergamo. The Hip and Knee Surgery team, deeply oriented towards digital innovation and patient needs, adopted our headset to provide support and comfort during a delicate surgical procedure.
Despite the patient remaining awake and alert, they could fully benefit from the immersive experience offered by our virtual reality program. The headset accompanies the patient, promoting relaxation through engaging games and breathing exercises. This approach creates a state of deep well-being, transforming the entire medical experience, from preparation to the conclusion of the surgical procedure, into a moment characterized by total relaxation.
